Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
scientific and technical heartbeat of Artonis AG
Your tasks
- Lead the evolution of our technology-from laboratory invention to clinical application
- Design and oversee bold R&D strategies in polymer and hybrid material development
- Build and inspire a top-tier interdisciplinary team of scientists and engineers
- Shape our IP portfolio and innovation strategy with creativity and foresight
- Navigate clinical and support regulatory pathways with precision and purpose
- Serve as a key voice in strategic decisions, working closely with the CEO, Board, and investors
Your profile
- PhD in organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, or closely related field
- Passion for functional biomaterials or medical polymers
- Strong track record of creative innovation and tangible outcomes
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on leadership style, and a sense of adventure
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- High creativity, multi disciplinarity and track record in generating intellectual property.
- Motivated, passionate, independent and highly communicative working style
